Perfect Moments is a DMC (Destination Management Company) designing and delivering distinctive corporate events and tailor-made journeys at selected destinations in Norway and internationally.
From our base in Drøbak, the Greater Oslo Region is an important part of our reach, while we have particularly strong roots and destination expertise in Northern Norway.
Internationally, we work with a carefully selected portfolio of destinations we know well, while continuously exploring new places and developing partnerships that meet our standards for quality, character and professional delivery.
Wherever the destination, we start with the same questions: Who are the people? What is the purpose? And what should the experience create?
We combine local insight, trusted partners and more than two decades of experience with meticulous planning and professional delivery – creating coherent experiences in which every element plays its part.

For us, a successful event is about more than the programme, the activities and the destination. It is about what happens between people – the conversations, the shared experiences and the moments that strengthen relationships and create new energy.

Perfect Moments is based in Drøbak and designs and delivers events at selected destinations in Norway and internationally.
We do not believe that great events begin with a particular destination. They begin with understanding the people, the purpose and what the event is meant to create. From there, we find the place and setting that best fit the brief.
The Greater Oslo Region – Variety Within Easy Reach
The Greater Oslo Region offers a wealth of possibilities – from the urban qualities of the capital to the coastal settings of the Oslofjord, historic locations and distinctive venues for meetings, experiences and time spent together.
Northern Norway – Strong Roots and Local Expertise
We have particularly strong roots and destination expertise in Northern Norway. Our in-depth knowledge of the landscape, logistics, suppliers and possibilities extends from the Helgeland coast and the Bodø region, via Hamarøy and Steigen, to Lofoten, Vesterålen and the Narvik region.
From Narvik, Swedish Lapland is also within easy reach, with Abisko and Kiruna serving as gateways to one of Europe's largest continuous wilderness areas.
Internationally – Destinations with Character
For more than two decades, the team behind Perfect Moments has built extensive experience in planning and delivering events across a range of international destinations.
We do not work everywhere. We focus on a considered selection of places we know well.

From Nordic cities, coastal settings and hidden gems to historic cities, wine regions and distinctive landscapes further south in Europe, we choose destinations that bring something more to an event than simply a change of scenery.
Italy holds a special place in this growing portfolio. We are currently developing a broader selection of destinations from north to south – each with its own character, but united by Italy's culture, gastronomy, landscapes and distinctive sense of hospitality.

Perfect Moments er et opplevelsesbyrå som opererer på utvalgte norske og internasjonale destinasjoner, der vi leverer unike aktivitets- og opplevelsesprodukter av høy kvalitet.
Vår virksomhet er basert på et nettverk av håndplukkede samarbeidspartnere med komplementære ferdigheter og lokal spisskompetanse. Dette gir oss mulighet til å tilby deg og dine gjester skreddersydde opplevelser på noen av verdens vakreste og mest inspirerende steder.
Teamet bak Perfect Moments har 20 års erfaring med planlegging og gjennomføring av opplevelsesbaserte arrangementer. Du kan føle deg trygg på at vi er erfarne nok til å håndtere alle typer arrangementer. Samtidig skal du vite at vi er små nok til at du alltid vil føle deg som vår viktigste kunde. Vi bistår med både de store linjene og de små detaljene. Fra idéutvikling, via påmelding og registrering, til siste gjest er trygt på vei hjem. Og alt imellom.
Perfekte øyeblikk skal deles med andre
Da den tidligere KPMG-sjefen Eugene O’Kellys fikk konstatert en dødelig kreftdiagnose, valgte han å benytte deler av sin siste tid til å skrive et selvbiografisk verk. Den ærlige, rørende og inspirerende boken ble utgitt under tittelen Chasing Daylight, og ble i løpet av kort tid en bestselger. Vi har latt oss inspirere av hvordan han i boken definerer «et perfekt øyeblikk».
Ifølge O’Kelly er et perfekt øyeblikk en opplevelse vi deler med andre mennesker, mens tiden står stille. Øyeblikket er preget av tilstedeværelse, fokusert oppmerksomhet og bevissthet. Fortiden er lagt bak oss og fremtiden er satt til side. Alt som betyr noe er dette øyeblikket – menneskene vi er sammen med og samtalen vi har akkurat nå.
Når vi påtar oss å gjøre et arrangement for deg og dine gjester, kan ikke love hverken perfekte timer eller perfekte dager.
